Do you offer OEM or private-label service?

Yes. We support OEM and partial customization for qualified projects. Typical options include logo application, product color, packaging artwork, manual language, interface text, accessories and selected functional configurations.

What information should I include in an inquiry?

Please provide your company name, target country, interested product, required functions, estimated order quantity, desired customization and target launch date. Brand assets or a specification brief can be attached if available.

Can you develop a completely new product?

New structural, electronic or software development may be evaluated separately. Feasibility, development cost, tooling, testing, intellectual-property requirements, minimum order quantity and schedule must be confirmed before the project begins.

What is partial DIY customization?

Partial customization means adapting selected elements of an existing base model rather than developing every component from the beginning. The available scope depends on the model and may include appearance, branding, packaging, documentation, accessories or agreed feature settings.
